We’re currently looking for an account manager (B2C) to join our team
Your responsibilities will be:
- Process incoming requests (~ 20 per day) from US clients;
- Make calls to potential clients;
- Establish cooperation with the client, close the deals;
- Reach KPIs on online course sales;
- Increase conversion and performance.
What we’re expecting from you:
- Sales experience in this or similar field;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Knowledge and use of sales techniques, ability to handle objections, identify the clients’ needs, carry out successful negotiations, close deals remotely;
- To be independent, result-oriented (sales), active and working fast;
- Experience in cold calling and active sales is preferred;
- Perfect knowledge of Russian (written and verbal);
- Fluent English speaker (Upper-Intermediate);
- Persistence, ability to find solutions and achieve results/
